The Chambersburg Suburban Baseball Boosters Club (CSBBC) was formed in 2007, as directed by the Chambersburg Suburban League (CSL), to help coordinate and streamline the fundraising efforts of the League’s tournament teams. CSBBC membership includes CSL Division Representatives, the CSL Vice-president of Baseball, several tournament team coaches (past and present), and several tournament player parents (past and present). The funds raised are intended, mainly, to help offset uniform costs. Funds may also be available to lend or donate to teams which make it to their World Series, extending the amount of time these teams have to raise the amount needed to go to the World Series. Some of the fundraising vehicles are lottery tickets, money drawings, and contribution requests to businesses and patrons. Distribution of funds is at the discretion of CSBBC, but is generally proportional to the fundraising efforts of the teams.
